Hello! My name is Fiona Blume. If you were wondering who I am and where I come from… let me tell you a bit about myself. I’m a certified international vocal coach and a SVI-trainned vocologyst. I hold a master’s degree in vocal therapy, and I’m constantly on the move, studying to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the world of voice.
From a very young age, the world of the arts captivated my attention. Music was always the soundtrack of my everyday life, the backdrop to the moments I’ve lived. It’s a way of experiencing life itself. Every melody is intertwined with a feeling, a mood, an experience, a companion, a situation, a place… it’s simply indispensable.
However, I didn’t always feel free to express myself the way I wanted to. Many times, I felt frustrated because I couldn’t achieve the sound I desired, and I couldn’t find answers from my teachers.
At the age of 15, I began asking myself all sorts of questions, and each answer led to more questions. I wanted to know it all, to master it all. The more I studied, the more I realized that there isn’t a single “magic recipe” for singing. Instead, the voice is an incredibly versatile instrument, and the path to mastery depends greatly on each individual.
That passion that grew within me to unlock the full potential of the voice eventually turned into a passion for teaching. I developed a very strong desire to help other singers understand their voices and discover their unique sound. Free from any stereotypes and in a completely healthy way.
